I first heard of Bertrand Russell from a calendar of daily quotes. I liked what he had to say! The next time was while reading a biography of the Beatles. It was mentioned that Paul frequented "hip London parties" in the early sixties where the likes of Bertrand Russell were in attendance. So, I immediately sought out the image of "this person of great words." (I suspect I may do an illustration in the future that includes Messrs. McCartney and Russell).

Later, I wrote a poem about The Wrinkles of Bertrand Russell's Face.
