One day on this Dublin trip, was spent at my son Brennon's place of employment as a records clerk. It was a pretty laid back place, in fact we had the whole "building" to ourselves. While he did "his work" for this half-day, I doodled...
Maybe cuz everyone smokes in Ireland... and maybe cuz I spent some time hanging out in a couple of music shops and just maybe cuz this is afterall JUST A DOODLE!.... the characters include smoking cats and guitar players.... I dunno I was more or less killin' time.... |

And meanwhile Brennon was busy at work, typing records. So, I scribbled him "AT WORK"... |

And after breakfast, maybe it was time to do some "work".... Time for me to be an illustrator, an artiste... and draw something.... And so I chose Oscar Wilde. His photo for reference was on my Dublin City Tourbrochure in the advertisment for The Writer's Museumwhere we visited the next day. |
